BP petrol Station at Honiton Road, Exeter EX1 3EB was a terrible and very bad person with a very bad and aggressive character and awful behaviour. This person Indian or Pakistani clerk who was in charge of PB store, yesterday 15th June 2021 working time at 07.30 am push me to get out of the BP Store, I am very old person, with very aggressive maneirs and violent man kicked me out of the toilet where I had free entrance at the back door because was open and many people were going in and out of that door not only me. This type of person should not live among humans and should attend education and relationship maneirs classes to be a human beings and not like animals because I didn't do anything wrong just I was looking for toilet. I don't recommend stopping at this Exeter BP petrol station and any other BP petrol station because has the prices of petrol and all the products in the store the most expensive in The UK of the others petrol stations and they also do not have toilets for the customers... So please improve the services. At the end of this happens I couldn't use the toilet so I went back back to my car I moved out to find a free toilet I will appreciate if you can improve BP petrol station in UK because in Spain the BP Petrol Station are much better than here. PF at bp eastern creek Early in a morning when i go for my coffee i get a friendly greeting from the staff Nikki in the kitchen will say good morning as Sam makes a hot coffee. The assistant manager greets with a happy smile.

Extremely bad service A man named Gordon introduced himself as a manager asked for my bank card in advance and carefully began to inspect it before starting my refueling after a thorough inspection of my card this same person told me that my card should remain in it until I refuel and I have no observation what he is doing with it where I said that it is illegal where he can save the information from the card and misuse my data and when I asked to talk to a chief of him he replied that he is the most the chief of this gas station and the policy is such I have a picture with his names and I will see the relevant institutions because it is illegal I do not recommend at the moment I am under great stress

The gulf spill along with some bad practises over the years has tarnished this brand, but they’re still pretty good, give them a try.

I managed to get 5.5L into a 5L petrol can - they must have some kind of compressive fuel! Amazing. Or they could just be cheats. Always ‘calibrated’ into their favour, not the customers. Rushden Lakes station.

Steer clear of Warrington Road, Wigan. Just been served by the rudest cashier i have ever encountered. I will NEVER fuel up here again. My visit was for Collect+ but i will travel the length of Wigan to find another drop off point rather than step foot in here again. Even a 1 star review is too good.

BP M&S Mitcham road croydon, Surrey is our local service station.Two weeks ago my wife been to the BP for filling the fuel and she forgotten her wallet, she went back home and found her wallet and been to same service station and filled the fuel for her car, last week she received the parking ticket for 93 minutes stay. This is ridiculous, 4 hours no return policy, if someone forgo milk, cigarette, bread so they can’t go back for next 4 hours. Think about the Taxi & Cab drivers even if there riders wants to go to the service station, Taxi & Cab drivers can’t able to take them because drivers will get tickets.

BP rewards not worth it. I joined just filled up at a BP to be told not many BP Stations accept card.. now in the bin. Staff have no explanation just NO we don't accept even though we are BP... figure that one out

Absolutely poor and terrible customer service at 60th and center on Omaha. It is quite clear that one girl walks out and talks with someone she knows in the parking lot and leaves the register open with no one to help. Actually multiple times I’ve witnessed that or her on her phone. Other workers or okay but don’t seem to want to put in much effort but that may be clearly due to the what they are witnessing from other employees. Don’t usually write a review but definitely figured someone should know.

Shame you can't give 0. I've tried many times to register my rewards card but every time I get an error message; 'something went wrong, please try later or give us a call.'
Tried to call many times. No response. TBH I think I might as well get cheaper fuel at Morrisons. Don't get this hassle anywhere else.
